How do I track my package?

You will receive an email with your tracking number and the courier information after the order has been made and shipped out!

I didn't receive my order

Please email us at info@thatcertaingift.com quoting your order number from the confirmation email. We'll help track down your order. (Don't see the email? Check your spam folder.)

My order has been marked as delivered but I have not received it.

• Double check your mailbox and around your front door.
• Sometimes the order may get delivered 1 or 2 days after the scheduled delivery even if the tracking shows as delivered. So we ask you to please be patient.
• You can call USPS with your tracking number and ask for a more detailed report on your order
• Check your order confirmation email to see if you entered your address correctly. (Shipping labels print exactly as entered at checkout.)
