About Free Shipping

You will receive free shipping on the items indicated by choosing Ground Shipping. When you select ground shipping your package will arrive between 1 and 5 business days.

When Ordering Gift Baskets

Orders received before 3:00pm (EST), Monday through Friday, are eligible for same day shipment (not delivery). All other orders are sent out no later than the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday before 10:00am (EST) usually go out the same day. Same day shipment on Saturdays is not guaranteed.

When Ordering Fruit

The nature of shipping fresh fruits demands that we must follow strict shipping guidelines set by the orchards.

Baskets with fresh fruits will NOT be delivered on Sundays or Mondays.

*About Shipping: To ensure freshness, we do not ship orders that will be in transit over the weekend. All Tuesday and next day deliveries will be charged for Next Day Shipping.
* Saturday deliveries add $10.00

When Ordering Flowers

Tuesday to Saturday deliveries available. Next day deliveries $9.95, Saturday deliveries $19.95.

When ordering Gourmet Cookies

Orders placed Monday-Thursday by 11:00 a.m. PST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Please allow 72 hours lead time for decorated cookies.

Shipping Tips

SENDING TO AN APARTMENT?
Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery location to sign for the shipment on the day of delivery. Shipments being delivered to apartments will not be left at the door. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time with our overnight couriers.

SENDING TO A COMPANY?
To ensure a timely arrival, please verify the shipping/receiving policies of the company prior to ordering, especially if you are sending to a business location that has increased security (such as government buildings and banks). We cannot be held responsible if the delivery location will not except the package due to security issues. Please confirm that the recipient will be at the delivery location on the date of delivery.

SENDING TO A HOSPITAL?
To ensure a timely arrival, please verify the policies and hours of operation of the hospital shipping/receiving department prior to ordering. Packages may not be taken to the reception desk and are sometimes delivered to the hospital mailroom where they may get delayed overnight, we do not guarantee hospital delivery. Sorry, no refunds will be given if the patient checks out or cannot be located.

Please verify the receiving policies of the school prior to ordering. Ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery location on the day of delivery.
